What are Dry Events?
Jennifer Rae, owner of the Amorae Company, decided it was time to quit alcohol in December 2021. As the months passed, she quickly found that it was very difficult to find events and activities in her area that didn't include drinking. It did not take long for her to realize that there were a lot of people feeling the same way!
You don't need to be a business owner to attend. You don't even need to be "in sobriety". You just need to be willing to come meet new people, not drink alcohol, make authentic connections in the community, and support some wonderful causes.

Absolutely not! While the event is alcohol-free, it's open to everyone. It’s for anyone looking to experience something different in a professional or nightlife setting, while also raising awareness around mental health and addiction.
These events shake up the way we connect and grow our brands. They create space for real connection while putting mental wellness and addiction at the forefront. More than just networking, they are a platform to begin ending stigmas and bring our community together.

We try to give back and support a community initiative from each event. In the past, we have sponsored a community picnic, coordinated a drive for domestic violence victims, and donated can goods to veterans in need.
